Loan Criteria

Here are some useful notes regarding the Alaska Vet Loan Programs 

 * Maximum VA loan with no down payment is $625,500.00

 * Purchase price can go higher with down payment 

 * Home being financed must be your Primary Residence. 

 * New Homes must meet Energy Star Guidelines

 * Closing Costs are your responsibility, unless paid for by the seller

 * AHFC State Veterans Interest Rate Preference receive 1%  reduced interest rate on first $50,000.

This program is income sensitive.  

           

    You may be eligible for more than 1 VA loan in Alaska

  Alaska Vet Programs can be also used with FHA, and Conv Loans
